Relais Desserts has been an association and a meeting place for a hundred of the world’s best pastry chefs since 1981. Best Workers of France, Best Confectioners of the World
and official suppliers of Royal families, all contribute to the influence of Haute Pâtisserie in stores and in the media, in France and the world.

We created the association’s brand magazine in 2008. Semi-annual and bilingual French-English, it is intended for all pastry lovers.
The magazine promotes the lifestyle of Relais Desserts pastry chefs to their boutique customers, young pastry chefs and privileged partners.
